Many associates of the A. K. Rice Institute are leading organizational consultants whose approach incorporates a group relations perspective. They offer experience in consulting to a wide-range of public and private organizations, including leading national and international corporations, foundations, trusts, family businesses, and other enterprises.
Our service will refer you to one or more qualified resources who are skilled at addressing most organizational needs, including issues related to:

- Mission, vision and values
- Group and team functioning
- Individual effectiveness
- Roles, role alignment and organizational structures
- Unconscious or covert dynamics among groups and individuals
- While all of these can affect organizational outcomes, our perspective strives for a clearer understanding of the interpersonal and intergroup dynamics that underlie both conflict and collaboration in the workplace, with an objective of tangible results. Fees vary and are negotiated with the consultant.
