AKRI Events - An Introduction

AKRI's approach to learning about group relations is centered on experiential learning through group relations conferences. AKRI's own annual group relations conference, the AKRI Leadership Institute, provides a powerful residential learning experience for you to learn about the connections and complexities of group relations and leadership. You can learn more about the experience firsthand through videos of conference participants. As an educational institute, we also support research and academic exploration of the theory and application of group relations through publications, papers and presentations and through our semi-annual Symposium.

AKRI also supports group relations conferences and other events held by affiliates and other organizations.

Visit our calendar for a complete list of group relations conferences and other events that provide learning opportunities about group relations.

“I am personally convinced that the AKRI conferences saved our organization, rescuing it from the doldrums of the dependency culture created by the previous leaders.”
Roy Menninger, M.D.
Former CEO of the Menninger Foundation, USA
